To Whom it may Concern,

I used Storchek Security for my 50th Birthday Party at a local community hall. I was concerned that my nephews’, all in their twenties, would take it upon themselves if anyone tried to gate crash my party. As they would have been drinking this would not turn out well. Also I had a few friends with young children and older friends who might think they could handle any disturbance.

Storchek Security were great, handling two drunk guys who were not invited to the party leaving quickly without any problems and a minimum of fuss such that most guests were not aware of the incident.

They showed exceptional customer service with the guests, constant vigilance and made us feel very secure.

I would highly recommend Storchek Security to anyone.

Thanks Rob!

“Storchek Security was engaged by the Penrith City Centre Association for 12 months to conduct security foot patrols 3 nights a week in the CBD to help reduce malicious damage to property and anti-social behaviour.

The program was very effective, and we were extremely happy with the quality of service and commitment provided by

Rob Jackson and his team at Storchek. It was only due to budget constraints that we had to cancel the service.”

Testimonial for Storchek Security

Storchek Security was engaged by the Penrith City Centre Association to undertake a 4 week security trial within a defined area of the Penrith CBD.

Prior to commencement I met with Operations Director Rob Jackson to set out the parameters of the trial.  The main aim of the trial was to:

§  determine if foot patrols reduced the amount of anti-social behaviour and malicious damage on business premises within the designated trial area that contained a number of hotels, two night clubs, and take-away shops that traded until the early hours of the morning; and

§  if considered a success, to seek financial contributions from businesses to continue the program beyond the trial period.

To introduce the program business owners received an information flyer and when the trial was ready to start they were provided with a form to record incidents and indicate if they thought the security patrols reduced the number of incidents.

Storchek was provided with a weekly reporting form to record date and times of incidents, to provide a description of the incident and to indicate the action that was taken by the security officer on duty.

The Penrith City Centre Association was pleased with the way the trial was conducted. The incident reports filed and the number of people apprehended and handed over to police indicated the need for ongoing security foot patrols.

While the benefit of having a physical security presence in the CBD was acknowledged by business owners, there was not enough committed to making a financial contribution to keep it going on a permanent basis.

I found Rob Jackson a pleasure to work with and felt confident that he would undertake the trial in a professional way.

Should conditions vary in the future and a permanent program was able to be implemented, I would have no hesitation in inviting Storchek to submit a tender for consideration.
